7. Output files

In course of every run, the code creates the file

reference.par

where the actual and the reference parameter vectors are stored. Warning messages, if any, are displayed and saved (in the "append" mode) in the file

protocol

The results of the run, including those of the Sensitivity Analysis, are saved (in the "append" mode) in the file

sensitivity.dat
